When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.  Please allow an additional 4-7 business days to receive your product. 

How will I receive tracking info?

When your order finishes processing and begins is journey to you, tracking information will be sent to you by email to the email address you provided on your order. 

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are made to order so we do not  accept order cancellations. 

What if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care in preparing and shipping your order.  Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, it is no longer under our control.  Please note that we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.


To protect your order, we strongly encourage purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout.  This coverage ensured that if your package is lost or arrives damaged, you can file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement or replacement.  Without insurance, any loss or damage will be the responsabiliy of the buyer.  

Your order matters to us, and insurance is the best way to guarantee peace of mind until it arrives safely at your door. 

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority!  While we do not offer refunds, please contact us within 5 business days  of receiving your order if there are any issues, and we'll work to resolve them. 

Are the tumblers dishwasher safe

No, Sublimation tumblers are handwash only to ensure that you preserve the vibrancy of the design. 

Can I customize my tumbler?
